The property is a nicely converted detached stone and slate "longere", with exposed beams and comfortable furnishings. There are plenty of gardens, including your own forest, where the children can play. 

The kitchen and living area is open plan (with open fire) and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a downstairs separate toilet and bathroom which will suit those who have difficulty climbing stairs.

The property is set in peaceful countryside not far from the nearest towns, which are Sizun and Le Faou (about 15mins by car). There you will find small shops for the basics and the traditional bakeries for your French bread. Brest, Morlaix and Quimper are the main large towns, which are always worth the visit and are right by the coast.

Nearby the cottage, just a few minutes by car or bike there is a Lake with sandy beaches and plenty of activities, including fishing and tennis. The lake has a 7km radius. And for those who want more exercise the hills nearby are good for walking. The "longere" is very private and set in the heart of the countryside, where you will be able to relax and enjoy your time spent in Brittany.
